Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Beardo account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

  Quality Verification

  Upload clear images or a video of the product showing the batch number and the issue to help our team validate your claim quickly.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address; ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will initiate a replacement shipment or process a refund to your original payment method.
